Shipping Policy
We proudly offer worldwide shipping! Please note that on average, we require 2 to 4 business days to process your order before shipping it out. Rest assured, we do everything in our power to get your order to you as quickly as possible! Once your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time varies depending on the country or region, typically between 7 and 12 business days. Please note that holidays, natural disasters, or pandemics may affect delivery times.
For pre-ordered or back-ordered items: If your order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will ship out all available items immediately and ship the pre-ordered or back-ordered items as soon as they become available. So, if you ordered more than one item in a single order and only received part of your items, don't worry, you will receive your other items shortly thereafter.
Tracking Your Order: You will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS if you provided a mobile phone number, with a tracking number and a link to track the journey of your package. To track your package, you can visit our tracking page. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for tracking information to be displayed.
Disclaimer for Incorrect Addresses: It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. We do our best to expedite processing and shipping times, so there is always a small window of time to correct an incorrect shipping address. Returns: By placing an order with Belle Royale, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping to Belle Royale. Please refer to our refund policy for further information on returns.
Lost/Stolen Packages: Belle Royale is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking data shows that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier using the information provided on our tracking page.
